As I compose and write-up my tardy French republican Battle of Dego 1796 AAR this week, I came across photos taken at the recent October HMGS-PSW convention. HMGS-PSW (Pacific Southwest) has been arranging historical conventions, since 1988, in the greater Los Angeles area. Well attended compact show with a variety of games and certainly worth a visit at their bi-annual events. During the year they sponsor mini-themed events (ancients, 28mm bolt action, FOW, naval, aerial etc.) at different venues, plus giving support to the local gaming clubs.
