Excellent detailed blog on Saalfeld. I see you say Saxons had Battalion guns. I’ve not seen that mentioned before in reference books. I have Prussians and Saxons of 1806.can you verify the Battalion guns for the Saxon Infantry please?

The Nafigzer list 806JAA file lists 12 battalion cannon present plus the 28 field cannon. That is why I added the battalion cannon to the Saxon musketeer battalions. In my rules, the battalion cannon just increase the musketry effect and have limited “bombardment” capability outside of long musket range on table top. Michael
